What personal data WEZA processes when you visit weza.studio or write to us, why we do it, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible

When you write to us
If you e-mail us, we process your name, your e-mail address and whatever you put in the message, to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to prepare an offer and a contract. We do this at your request before a contract and in our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
We keep the correspondence for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, for example as part of our accounting once we work together.
When you visit the site
Like every website, ours is delivered by a server that keeps standard logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, and the browser and device type. They are needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and they are deleted automatically after a short time.
Analytics, only if you accept
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited and for how long, on what kind of device, and roughly where from (country and city). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications).
Nothing is loaded from Google until you accept, and you can withdraw your consent at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We keep analytics data for 14 months.

Who else handles the data
We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising. It is processed for us by:
- DigitalOcean, LLC: website hosting, on servers in the EU
- Our e-mail provider: delivering and keeping our e-mail
- Google Ireland Limited: analytics, only with your consent
Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We don’t make automated decisions about you or build profiles.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn’t affect what was done before. Write to studio@weza.studio; we reply within a month.
You can also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
